I spent years building my career in the corporate world, working across collections, accounting, payroll and leadership, most recently serving as a Chief Growth Officer. Along the way, I learned how businesses operate, how people grow, how ideas become strategy and how the right combination of clarity, consistency and execution can move something forward.

I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. When one chapter of my career closed, I decided it was time to stop treating that idea like something I would get to someday. I brought it to life. That decision became Mettle & Main™.

Mettle & Main™ may be a new company, but the experience behind it is not new. I created this for people who have an idea, a skill, an experience or a vision they know could become more, but need help figuring out what comes next. You do not need to have every answer before you begin. You need a direction, a plan and the willingness to build.

Every successful business started somewhere. Before the brand, the customers or the revenue, there was an idea someone decided was worth bringing to life.

My goal is to help you take yours seriously, give it structure and start turning it into something real.
